Organized thinker and dependable teammate. Originally from Qinhuangdao, China, Mila now calls El Paso, Texas home and brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to every client engagement. While mastering swimming and obtaining a driver’s license remain works in progress, GIPS and performance consulting comes naturally to her. Known for her strong organizational skills and love of all things sweet, Mila is a steady and reliable presence on the Longs Peak team. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her unofficially adopted neighborhood cat and continuing her professional development as a Level III candidate in the CFA Program.
